BLAT Breakfast Sandwich

Serves: One

A breakfast take on the classic BLT with our Little Acre Bacon. Toasted sourdough piled high with crispy bacon and fresh salad, this is the perfect recipe to change up your breakfast routine. Find our Nitrate-Free Bacon at Willunga Farmers Markets on Saturdays from 8am until 12pm.

 
 

Ingredients

  • 3 rashers Little Acre Nitrate-Free Bacon

  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 tomato, sliced

  • Lettuce

  • 1 tbsp homemade mayonnaise

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

 

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon for 2 - 3 mins on each side until crisp and golden to your liking.

  2. Spread mayonnaise on toast, stack with salad ingredients.

  3. Enjoy!
